This program is best for any yogi who practices an average of 2 times a week or more but isn’t ready to make a year-long commitment. This includes all regularly scheduled in-studio classes, all Zoom classes (every class is live stream on Zoom!) recorded videos on the app, and a free workshop every month (typically yoga nidra). Your rate is locked in so if our rates go up, yours won’t for the duration of your contract.
