Principled Vinyasa Yoga in New Hampshire and Maine

3 Bridges Yoga is an accessible, welcoming and non assuming yoga studio for every level of yoga practice. We’re based on principles of vinyasa yoga, linking breath with intentional movement, while also incorporating elements from other yoga traditions. Students can expect a physical practice that can help lose weight, heal pain, reduce tension and calm the mind. There are classes offered daily for all levels of experience. With studios located in Portsmouth NH and York Maine, students will practice in a comfortable, clean and safe environment.
