YIN UNWIND WITH HOLLY

Join Holly for a blissful afternoon of Yin Yoga. In this workshop you'll be guided through a series of Yin postures - gentle poses designed to work with gravity over time (3-5 minute holds) - to protect and heal your joints and other connective tissues. Yin is a wonderful way to bring balance to the yang of a vinyasa (Yang) practice. As you hold the poses and sink into relaxation each month we'll explore a different theme through poetry, song, sound healing, and yogic philosophy. You'll leave feeling lighter, centered, and serene.
