MINDFUL YOGA: A 6 WEEK WORKSHOP

The MINDFUL YOGA for Anxiety workshop will offer yogis an opportunity to connect the emotional mind with the logical mind. Learning how to pay attention to signals in our body, one will learn a variety of strategies that have been scientifically proven to calm and soothe.

MINDFUL YOGA for Anxiety is an hour-long, six-week workshop that will introduce healing tools that can be utilized by the student to promote optimal health:
