YOGA 101: A 4 week beginners series

If you have been interested in trying yoga but are hesitant to jump into a class with out any idea of what to expect or where to start, then this series is for you. The hardest part of yoga can be walking in the door the first time & rolling out your mat.  

This 4 week beginners series will teach you the fundamentals of yoga in a safe, compassionate and supportive environment. You will learn the basics of yoga - postures & optimal alignment for your body, breath work and guided meditation. At the end of the 4 weeks you will feel confident stepping into any future yoga class. This series may also resonate if you have been away from your practice for a while or you are recovering from surgery or an injury that requires you to relearn how to move in your body.

The 4 week series is $79 and includes the 8 foundations classes that occur during April 20th to May 11th.
