Join Nancy October 22 from 1-3PM at the York studio for this in depth look at how to use your breath.
The breath is both a companion and a messenger. The breath oxygenates our system, creating prana or vital energy. The inhale creates expansion, the exhale flexibility. Come and be the observer, the practitioner, and the recipient of the messages from the breath as you move into a full expression of the posture or adapt and/or adjust the posture to accommodate your personal vitality!
In this 2 hour workshop we will participate in a lively flow practice, learn 4 breath
techniques *, and sit in stillness / meditation. We will become aware of the various cadences and rhythm of our individual breath!
