Starting April 14th, 3 Bridges Yoga is proud to offer “Wee Bridges Yoga”, our version of Mom & Baby Yoga! This class is geared towards getting Mom back on her feet and back on the yoga mat postpartum. It will be taught in the 3 Bridges Yoga style with segments that incorporate baby participation. Build strength and flexibility while reconnecting to your body, breath and spirit. The class will consist of core work, upper back and shoulder stretches, pelvic floor awareness, lower back strengtheners as well as time for yourself and little one. Come and join us on Saturday afternoons from 2-3pm.
Costs and Requirements
1. First class $3, then $10 for 3 Bridges Members, $15 drop in. Class Cards do not apply.
2. For babies ages 6 weeks to crawling.
3. Please bring a blanket or boppy for your wee yogi.
4. Please get approval from your doctor or mid-wife before resuming or starting yoga.
Loaner mats are available at the studio free of charge and please show up at least 10 minutes early to get situated.
