A new 3BY workout blending HIIT with yoga. A perfect compliment to a traditional yoga practice, this class will get your heart pumping using interval training woven together with traditional yoga elements. You will warm up, get the blood flowing and then cool down into a dreamy savasana.

FLY-DAY FUN is an all-levels practice that is geared towards the intermediate yogi OR any yogi looking to practice outside of the vinyasa box! Slow Flow- Dan (60 min)
Slow flow has a special focus on breath and fluid movement between the postures. There is more of a focus on deep stretching and hip opening and less arm balances and complex postures. This practice is designed for those who like to slow down and feel the space between the postures. All levels welcome.
