YORK: Subtle Body Studies

An event every week that begins at 1:00pm on Saturday, repeating until Saturday, March 30
Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, this four week series allows all students to refine and deepen your practice by exploring the traditions and science of yoga. Along with an asana practice, each workshop will allow students to explore various aspects of the yoga practice.
Over this series, we will study:
1: Chakras: Learning about this vital subtle energy system and how to activate or ease the flow of energy in each Chakra
2. Pranayama: Revitalize both mind and body as we learn various breathing techniques
3. Aruyveda: Learn about your Dosha and how to heal holistically through the seasons
4. Mantras/Bhakti/Restorative: Integrating ancient Hindu mythology and chants into your practice
Join Sarah for the whole series or feel free to drop in, member rate $75 for all 4 weeks or a $20 drop in, non members $80 for all 4 weeks and a $25 drop in.
