YORK: Share the Love Partner Yoga

Share the Love Partner Yoga! Join International yoga instructor Sarah Oleson (RYT 500) for a fun and unique yoga class. In this loving workshop we will practice communicating in ways other than verbal as we explore balance, strength and flexibility. Students will blend together all three elements of partner yoga—Yoga, Acro, and Thai massage, to leave feeling lighter, recharged, and playful! Whether you are Yoga novice or a regular practitioner, this class is a blast!
You don’t have to be part of a couple to join. Feel free to bring a friend or we’ll provide a partner for you.
