YORK: Yoga 101

Join Allison for a 2-hour workshop breaking down the basics of Vinyasa yoga. This workshop will combine discussion, learning and moving– all to get you more comfortable on your mat. Go over basic poses and their alignment, breath and the basic ins and outs of what we teach at 3 Bridges Yoga. You’ll leave feeling more confident in your yoga journey — wherever you are on it! Cost is just $20 for members and $25 for non members!
