This class is designed for students who love to practice yoga but are feeling either sore or injured in the wrists and shoulders, or perhaps simply want to explore a creative flow that avoids excessive planks and downward facing dogs. Other than minimal weight on the wrists, this class will incorporate a flow that doesn’t include the traditional vinyasa.
