Start the new year off right with our annual New Year’s intensive, Wring Out The Old, Ring In The New! Join Allison Tuesday, January 1st from 4-6pm at the Portsmouth studio.
This two-hour cleansing intensive is the perfect way to start your new year! The class will contain pranayama breath work, twists, core work, heart opening back bends, and restorative poses to help wring out the old and make space for new. This is a great way to commit to yoga for 2019.
Cost is just $20 for autobill members, $25 for non autobill.
