Teens today experience a high degree of stress and pressure. Science provides evidence that yoga and meditation can lower blood pressure, mitigate depression and anxiety, improve the quality of your sleep, and literally rewire parts of the brain. This series will increase your confidence, provide practices and tools to reduce stress, and increase flexibility. This series is open to all teenagers ages 12-18. All sessions will be at the Portsmouth Studio on Saturdays from 1-2pm and the cost is just $12 for a drop in. You do not need to sign up in advance or for more than one week at a time.
