Power Beats Yoga – Amanda, sub (60 min)

Power Beats Yoga with HIIT is an upbeat vinyasa flow mixed with bursts of cardio, strength and plyo-based movements. This class will integrate sun salutations, kundalini and chakra work. The tempo will alternate between low and high intensity through the practice while listening to some seriously fun, energizing beats. A HIIT workout will be woven through class to tone the body and clear the mind. All levels welcome!
