Restorative Flow – Audrey (75 min)

An event every week that begins at 5:30pm on Monday, repeating indefinitely
Restorative Flow yoga is a blend of slow moving asana and therapeutic relaxation. Class begins by guiding students gently into postures and breathing at a slower pace, using props as needed to stretch, strengthen and balance. The second half eases the body into a calming release through restorative poses using props and breath; inviting the mind to grow quiet as you move towards a state of equilibrium. The focus is on easeful movement, breath and reducing stress.
