An event every week that begins at 7:30am on Sunday, repeating until Sunday, May 17
This six week series is designed for those who are brand new to yoga, those returning to the mat or practitioners looking to get back to basics and refine their physical practice. Sarah will provide practitioners with a break down of the basic postures in all vinyasa yoga classes, and she will provide practitioners with ways to modify to fit their own personal practice. Yoga is a practice for every body at all ages, come learn!
4/5 Breathing and Sun Salutations
4/19 Forward bends and back bends
4/26 Twists and side bends
5/3 Hip openers
5/10 Standing postures
5/17 Putting it all together
Each week will feature a workshop-style breakdown of postures allowing practitioners to ask questions during & after class.
