VINYASA FLOW

Open to all levels of practice, vinyasa flow is a practice where the breath is linked with movement. There will be more variations on postures and class flow and students will be encouraged to deepen their practice at their own pace. Newer students will be able to modify to their comfort level.

FOUNDATIONS

This class is open to all levels of practice.  Our Foundations class sets the foundation for our Vinyasa Flow and is strongly recommended if you have never practiced yoga before, but it is also a wonderful way to relearn the basics if you have been practicing for a while.  Expect to move at a slower pace and to learn how to safely get in and out of poses, to learn the names of yoga poses as well as basic vinyasa.

YINVIN

This class is open to all levels of practice.  YinVin is a fusion of Yin and Vinyasa.  Yin is a practice in which poses are actively held longer than a traditional vinyasa class.  This class is not a restorative practice, rather it is a blend of moving the body to get warmed up and then the second half of class is spent at a slower pace, holding poses.

CANDLELIGHT VINAYASA

Candelight Vinyasa is a blend of slower-moving asana (physical poses) and relaxation in a candlelit room. Class begins by guiding students gently into postures and breathing at a slower pace, using props as needed to stretch, strengthen and balance. The second half eases the body into a calming release through restorative poses using props and breath; inviting the mind to grow quiet as you move towards a state of equilibrium. The focus is on easeful movement, breath and reducing stress.

MORNING MEDITATION

This class is open to all levels of practice.  Morning Meditation is not a physical practice, so do not expect to flow.  This is a guided 30 minute meditation in which you can simply enjoy guided meditation or stay for vinyasa after.  Each week a new meditation technique is taught.

SLOW FLOW

This class is open to all levels of practice.  This is a Vinyasa Flow that moves at a slower pace, perfect for newer students as well as those looking to move at a slower pace.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

This class is open to all levels of practice. Restorative yoga is a practice that incorporates props to allow the body to fully relax, release and restore.  Yogis can expect to stay in poses for 10 minutes or more to fully receive the benefits of letting go.

COMMUNITY CLASSES

This class is open to all levels of practice.  Community Classes are a great, low stakes way for new teachers to grow their teaching wings.  This class is fully donations based, with all money being sent to a local charity at the end of each month.  So come support the next round of new teachers on the Seacoast as well as give to local charities! It is a karmic win-win!
