3BY Spring Cleanse


The 3 Bridges Spring Cleanse, led by Erin Holt, nutritionist, is not a drastic fast or crash diet. It is a 12 day program designed to nourish the body with real food, and reduce stress with self-care habits.

Join Erin to learn healthful skills that you can use throughout the spring and beyond. For two weeks, you will ditch habit-forming and processed foods and embrace a simple, whole food approach to eating. This cleanse is for EVERY BODY. No matter what your current eating habits are – all are welcome.

This cleanse DOES NOT involve fasting, supplements, pills or powders. This cleanse DOES include real food, recipes, nutrition information, in-studio Q+A meeting, group interaction via a private Facebook group, two yoga classes and daily email support to keep you on track. You will create the space for positive and sustainable changes to your diet and lifestyle.

The cleanse is from Monday April 27th through Friday May 8th with a pre-cleanse meeting, Q&A and discussion at 5:15pm, Sunday April 26th. The cleanse is $90, which includes your nutrition package, 2 yoga classes and group support. Erin is also available for private nutrition consulting.
