Pranayama and Meditation Workshop

Transition into the Fall season with this special 2-hour yoga, meditation and pranayama workshop with Lauren Lee. In this workshop, you’ll explore the power and importance of the subtle bodies through the 5 Koshas (layers) with philosophy and accessible guided practices. You’ll be able to move more inward into your body and spirit by grounding the body and calming the mind.
