Free Yoga and Meditation Class

On

Free yourself from stress and anxiety. The workshop intends to provide yogis a unique experience to explore a deeper level of yoga with mindful movements and a sitting and standing meditation. This 1.5 hour session will guide yogis into experimenting the possibilities of peace and freedom through awareness and connectivity to their body, their mind and heart. The collective merits of this event will allow yogis to take away their direct experiences and integrate the skills into real life and relationships to cope with stress, pain and fear more effectively.

Class will be 45 minutes of Vinyasa Yoga led by Keith Calderone and 45 minutes of standing and sitting meditation led by Jiong Jiong Hu. Jiong Jiong is a 3 Bridges member and teacher of Insight meditation for over 5 years.

Class is FREE at the Durham studio, Saturday April 1st, from 4-5:30pm. To register, please use the contact us form here
