Advance Your Arm Balance

Join Joanna for another edition of Advance Your Asana with a focus on arm balances. This 2 hour class will work your entire body leading up towards play and fly time with several arm balances. You’ll work towards Eka Pada Koundinyasana, Crow with float back to Chaturanga and tittibhasana. The class is open to all levels who want to advance their physical yoga practice.

Class on Sunday, September 27th, from 4-6pm at the Portsmouth studio. Cost is $20 members, $25 non-members and $30 day of. Buy Now or register at any studio or over the phone. There are no refunds or exchanges for this class.
