Vinyasa Yoga in Portsmouth and Durham NH

yoga instruction3 Bridges Yoga is an accessible, welcoming and non assuming yoga studio for every level of yoga practice. We’re based on principles of vinyasa yoga, linking breath with movement, and incorporate elements from other yoga traditions. Students can expect a physical practice that can help lose weight, heal pain, reduce tension and calm the mind and body. There are classes offered daily for all levels of experience. Students will practice in a comfortable, clean and safe environment in a first floor, sunny and open studio.
